The MLS service is a very powerful and efficient real estate selling system that markets your home to other registered Realtors who are members of the Toronto Real Estate Board. There are approximately 25,000 members in the real estate board area who can access the MLS system, bring potential buyers to view your property and negotiate a sales transaction on your home. When you list with Christian, Paul and Fran, there is no additional cost to you to list on the MLS system.
As Realtors, Christian, Paul and Fran are members of the Canadian Real Estate Association. As a result, your home will also be marketed on the nationwide MLS® Online real estate website.
