He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing, an MBA in Business Policy & Strategy, and has completed the Certified Financial Planning Program. Paul has completed the Broker program through the Ontario Real Estate Association and has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Designation – the highest designation awarded to residential sales associates.

Before becoming a top real estate agent, Christian worked for five years as a legal counsel and consultant to international investors. Christian holds a Bachelor in Business Law from the Robert Schuman University in France and is fluent in French, English and German.

Fran Bennett

Before becoming a top real estate agent, Fran skated with the Ice Capades and at the Roxy Theatre in New York. Fran has been a model, a stage, film and TV actor and has had three of her own radio shows. Before leaving the workforce to raise a family, Fran also had a successful career in advertising and copywriting.

When Fran entered the real estate profession in 1988, she chose to set herself apart by providing service excellence and exceptional advice to buyers and sellers. To establish her expertise in the Rosedale market, she authored a series of short histories called "Rosedale Carries On". Fran quickly became known as the Rosedale expert.

Fran's affinity with Rosedale is well suited, for while she has lived in Rosedale since 1967, her love for the area began as a child when she would visit relatives in their grand Rosedale homes. Fran's memories are of stepping into a magical land of castles with turrets and towers, cobbled and crooked streets.
